2.1 The designation of the product, a description of its main features and the price are listed on the pages of the individual services. English with Suzie is not a VAT registered subject. The price is also always stated on the invoice. The sales offer remains valid as long as it is displayed on the web interface.
2.2 You are encouraged to familiarise yourself with your rights contained within the Sale of Goods Act 1979, Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999.
2.3 If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
2.4 You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. You expressly agree that English with Suzie is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the submission of false or inaccurate information.
2.5 By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
2.6 The order of language services always contains information about the customer, ordering services, prices, payment options. Payments are accepted by bank transfer, Revolut transfer, by PayPal or by paying via bank card.
2.7 The contractual relationship between the seller and the customer arises by placing an order for language services (not after confirming the order). From this moment, mutual rights and obligations arise between the buyer and the seller, which are defined by the purchase contract and these terms and conditions. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read the terms and conditions and that you agree with them. The condition for a valid order of English courses is the delivery of invoicing data (buyer’s address and number of agreed English lessons/ courses/ online products) to the seller.
2.8 Information on individual technical steps leading to the conclusion of the contract is contractual from the ordering process and the customer has the opportunity to confirm and possibly correct the order before sending it. The information provided in the order is correct for the seller.
2.9 The customer agrees to the use of distance communication when concluding the contract.
2.10 The Agreement is concluded in English language. The contract, resp. the relevant tax document will be stored in the electronic archive of the seller for a period of 5 years from its conclusion for the purpose of its successful fulfilment and is not accessible to a third non-participating party.
