The Controller processes the following personal data:

  • data necessary for contract performance (e.g. language course orders).

3. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes and based on the following legal grounds pursuant to Article 6 GDPR:

a) Performance of a Contract

Processing is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract for language courses.

b) Responding to Inquiries

Processing is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject.

c) Marketing Communications

Processing is carried out based on the consent of the data subject or the legitimate interest of the Controller in accordance with Czech Act No. 480/2004 Coll.

d) Legal Obligations

Processing is necessary for compliance with legal obligations of the Controller, in particular accounting and tax obligations.

4. Data Retention Period

  • For the duration of the contractual relationship.

  • For periods required by applicable legal regulations.

  • For marketing purposes for a maximum of 5 years, unless consent is withdrawn earlier.

5. Recipients of Personal Data

    • email and marketing service providers,

    • accounting and tax advisors,

    always only to the extent necessary for the given purpose.
