Processing is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract for language courses.
b) Responding to Inquiries
Processing is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject.

Processing is carried out based on the consent of the data subject or the legitimate interest of the Controller in accordance with Czech Act No. 480/2004 Coll.
d) Legal Obligations
Processing is necessary for compliance with legal obligations of the Controller, in particular accounting and tax obligations.
4. Data Retention Period
For the duration of the contractual relationship.
For periods required by applicable legal regulations.
For marketing purposes for a maximum of 5 years, unless consent is withdrawn earlier.
